Omschrijving
A 60-J Telescopic Diesel (such as the MEC 60-J or Genie S-60 J) is a rough-terrain aerial work platform. It provides workers with a 60-foot platform height (66-foot working height) and is powered by a diesel engine for maximum outdoor mobility, power, and traction. These lifts are heavy-duty machines widely used in construction, maintenance, and industrial settings.
Key features include:
Telescopic Boom: A straight extendable arm that provides superior horizontal outreach (often up to 42-43 feet) to maneuver over obstacles.
Jib Attachment: The "J" in the model name typically indicates the inclusion of an articulating jib at the end of the main boom, offering a greater range of motion and flexibility to position workers.
Diesel Power: Utilizes a rugged diesel engine (often in the 44 to 50 HP range) for excellent gradeability, 4-wheel drive, and travel over rough or unpaved jobsites.
Platform Capacity: Standard models can typically hold 500 to 600 lbs, accommodating 2-3 workers with heavy tools.Specificaties
